Can I buy just one of the two systems?
No, and that is deliberate. They solve two halves of the same problem. Being found is worthless if nobody answers, and answering in 30 seconds is worthless if nobody is calling. Splitting them would let you pay me to fix half of something and then wonder why it did not work.
My field software already texts back missed calls. Why pay you?
Because a feature is not a system. If somebody switched it on it fires, with whatever message was written the day it was configured, to whoever has the app open. Nobody maintains it, nobody checks it fired, and nobody follows up when the customer replies on Friday. And it does nothing for the half that decides whether the phone rings at all. Text-back is the cheapest thing here — it is what I guarantee because it is what I can timestamp, not what you are paying for.
Do I need to replace Jobber, Housecall Pro or my current software?
No. Both systems sit alongside the tools you already use. They handle getting found and responding; your field-service software keeps doing dispatch, scheduling, invoicing and job management.
Do you guarantee jobs or revenue?
No. I guarantee the system actions I control — missed-call text-back, lead capture, follow-up workflows and review requests. Your service quality, availability, sales process, pricing and market determine business outcomes. Anyone guaranteeing you revenue is guessing.
Do you guarantee I will rank on Google, or get picked up by AI?
No, and nobody honestly can. What I control is the work: your Google profile built out properly and audited every quarter, pages built around what people actually search, and your business facts identical and machine-readable everywhere they are published. Rankings follow that work or they do not, and I will show you the monthly map either way.
Is there a setup, build or activation fee?
No, and that includes the website. Most of this industry takes four figures up front before you have seen anything. I would rather carry that risk myself and earn the monthly instead.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Service is month to month with no long-term contract, and cancelling stops future billing. A monthly fee already charged for the current month is not refunded, but you will not be billed again. If you prepaid for a year, the whole months you have not used are refunded. You keep your website, domain, phone number and reviews, and I hand everything over within a week.
What is the Founding Five?
The price is $1,000 a month. The first five clients pay $500 for their first twelve months, then move to $1,000. In exchange for the half-price year I ask that you let me publish your numbers and introduce me to two people in the trade. Identical systems either way, and if you would rather not do either you can simply pay $1,000 from the start.
What happens if the 60-second guarantee is missed?
That month is free. Every missed call that reaches your ServiceAlly number is texted back within 60 seconds during the hours you set. It is timestamped, so it is checkable rather than a matter of opinion.
