Or $5,000 a year, paid up front — ten months for twelve

Standard price is $1,000 a month, or $10,000 a year. The founding rate is half that for twelve months, limited to the first five clients.

No setup or activation fee, ever
No contract — cancel any month
Nothing charged until you approve it
You own the site, domain and number

Every missed call gets a text back in under 60 seconds — or that month is free.

Is $1,000 a lot?

That depends entirely on what a job is worth to you.

So work it out with your number rather than mine. This is not a forecast and it does not promise you anything — it is division.

$

To pay for itself over a year, this has to be worth

3.4 jobs

One every 3.5 months.

Nothing on this page promises you those jobs. Your pricing, your availability and how you sell decide that. All this tells you is how few of them it takes before the cost stops being the question.

The arithmetic

What both systems cost if you buy them separately.

Not my numbers. These are the published market rates for the five things included at $1,000 a month — website and all.

Both systems, one person

$1,000/month

Home-services marketing retainers run from $249 to $8,750 a month before a dollar of ad spend. This sits near the bottom of that range, with the website built and handed to you as part of it.

Before you pay anything

You see the whole thing finished before your card is charged.

This is the part I would want to hear if somebody asked me for a thousand a month with no case studies to show me.

  1. 1
A card goes on file. Nothing is charged.

No setup fee, no build fee, no deposit. Nothing leaves your account on day one.

  2. 2
I build all of it — about ten business days.

Website, Google profile, local pages, listings corrected, text-back wired up and tested. You supply content and access; I do the work.

  3. 3
I call your own number and time the reply.

In front of you, with the timestamp. Not a promise about response time — a measurement of it, on your phone.

  4. 4
You look at everything, then decide.

If you do not want it, say so. Your card is never charged and you owe me nothing for the work already done.

  5. 5
Only then does the first month bill.

And it stays month to month. Cancel any month, no exit fee, and you leave with your website, your domain, your number and your reviews.

Included, all of it

Everything in both systems. No starter version.

The price does not change what you get. It changes only whether a website is being built.

System 01 · before the call

The Get-Found System

Everything that puts you in front of somebody looking right now.

  • A website that earns the call

Fast, clean, and one tap to call you from a phone. Built new, or looked after if the one you have already works.

  • Your Google page set up properly, then kept honest

Every category and service Google offers for your trade, the correct hours, your real photographs — then audited every quarter, your own job photos posted monthly, and every review answered inside a day.

  • Local pages for what people actually type

Sprinkler repair in Lewes, not irrigation solutions. Pages built around real searches in the towns you actually cover.

  • Your listings saying the same thing everywhere

Google, Yelp, Angi, Nextdoor, Apple Maps and the data aggregators feeding them — one set of facts, audited and corrected, then watched. Around eight wrong or duplicate entries exist for every real listing, and directories quietly rewrite each other.

  • Findable by AI, not just Google

The structured data that lets a model read your hours, your address and what you actually do, instead of guessing. 45% now use AI to find local businesses, up from 6% a year earlier.

System 02 · after the call

The No-Lost-Leads System

Everything between the phone ringing and the job being yours.

  • Every missed call texted back

Under 60 seconds, from your number, while the customer still has their phone in their hand. This is the part I guarantee, because it is the part with a timestamp on it.

  • Everything in one place

Calls, texts, website forms, chat and appointment requests land in a single inbox instead of four different apps and a notepad in the truck.

  • Follow-up that does not rely on memory

Open estimates and inquiries that went quiet get chased on a schedule. Only people who contacted you — I do not message your customer list.

  • Good work turned into proof

After a completed job the customer gets asked for a review, so the next person searching sees something recent instead of something from two years ago.

Both include the owner dashboard, ongoing monitoring and a monthly activity report showing what actually ran.

What you are not paying for

There is no activation fee, and there never will be.

Implementation, phone and message routing, forms, calendar preferences, the lead pipeline, notification rules, the review workflow, onboarding, testing and launch are all part of the monthly price. Not a separate invoice at the start.

  • No setup fee. Not for the systems, not for the website.
  • No build fee. Including when I build the website.
  • No onboarding or activation fee. The setup work is the monthly.
  • No exit fee. Cancel any month and I hand your assets over.
  • Nothing charged on day one. A card goes on file; it is charged after you approve the finished systems.

If you need more

Some businesses need more than the two systems.

These are scoped and quoted separately, and only when they are genuinely worth doing. I would rather tell you that you do not need something.

  • Custom website work beyond the standard build
  • Additional service-area or individual service pages
  • Paid advertising
  • AI voice and after-hours answering, with defined usage limits
  • Higher message or call volume than a typical service business
  • Advanced integrations with your existing software
  • Commercial outbound appointment campaigns

Straight answers

Pricing questions

Can I buy just one of the two systems?

No, and that is deliberate. They solve two halves of the same problem. Being found is worthless if nobody answers, and answering in 30 seconds is worthless if nobody is calling. Splitting them would let you pay me to fix half of something and then wonder why it did not work.

My field software already texts back missed calls. Why pay you?

Because a feature is not a system. If somebody switched it on it fires, with whatever message was written the day it was configured, to whoever has the app open. Nobody maintains it, nobody checks it fired, and nobody follows up when the customer replies on Friday. And it does nothing for the half that decides whether the phone rings at all. Text-back is the cheapest thing here — it is what I guarantee because it is what I can timestamp, not what you are paying for.

Do I need to replace Jobber, Housecall Pro or my current software?

No. Both systems sit alongside the tools you already use. They handle getting found and responding; your field-service software keeps doing dispatch, scheduling, invoicing and job management.

Do you guarantee jobs or revenue?

No. I guarantee the system actions I control — missed-call text-back, lead capture, follow-up workflows and review requests. Your service quality, availability, sales process, pricing and market determine business outcomes. Anyone guaranteeing you revenue is guessing.

Do you guarantee I will rank on Google, or get picked up by AI?

No, and nobody honestly can. What I control is the work: your Google profile built out properly and audited every quarter, pages built around what people actually search, and your business facts identical and machine-readable everywhere they are published. Rankings follow that work or they do not, and I will show you the monthly map either way.

Is there a setup, build or activation fee?

No, and that includes the website. Most of this industry takes four figures up front before you have seen anything. I would rather carry that risk myself and earn the monthly instead.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Service is month to month with no long-term contract, and cancelling stops future billing. A monthly fee already charged for the current month is not refunded, but you will not be billed again. If you prepaid for a year, the whole months you have not used are refunded. You keep your website, domain, phone number and reviews, and I hand everything over within a week.

What is the Founding Five?

The price is $1,000 a month. The first five clients pay $500 for their first twelve months, then move to $1,000. In exchange for the half-price year I ask that you let me publish your numbers and introduce me to two people in the trade. Identical systems either way, and if you would rather not do either you can simply pay $1,000 from the start.

What happens if the 60-second guarantee is missed?

That month is free. Every missed call that reaches your ServiceAlly number is texted back within 60 seconds during the hours you set. It is timestamped, so it is checkable rather than a matter of opinion.

Find out what you are losing before you pay me anything.

The audit is free, and you get the findings either way.
